Jaclyn Hamlin, FNP-C is a licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with over a decade of dedicated healthcare experience. Specializing in both internal medicine and family primary care, she holds a Master’s degree from the Chamberlain College of Nursing and is board-certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners.

Beyond traditional family practice, Jaclyn brings extensive expertise in functional medicine and Hormone Replacement Therapy (HRT). Her true passion in primary care is building meaningful, lasting connections with her patients. By taking a holistic, whole-body approach, she ensures that each individual receives care tailored to their unique needs. Outside the clinic, Jaclyn can be found enjoying the outdoors with her husband and their three children.
